Guest Wireless Network The guest wireless network is back up and running. The password will be on signs in the hallways. This network is for your personal devices NOT your school issued laptops.

Seniors

The following scholarships are in the guidance office:

1. William Penn Univ. - for students wanting to be in marching or pep band. You do not have to be majoring in music.

2. Elks National Foundation - based on academics, leadership, and financial need. Deadline is Dec. 7th.


Attention Seniors If you have any ideas for the class motto, turn it in to any senior class officer. Thank you


Congratulations to the following FFA Alumni The following Mount Ayr alumni FFA members received their American Degree Awards on Saturday at the 85th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis: Drake Schafer Matt Sobotka Tiffany Wimer Matt Kerns received a $2000 scholarship


Found Calculator A calculator was found in the building. If it is yours, you may identify and pick it up in the high school office.


Play Shirts Are Here The play shirts are in and they are $10 a piece and need to be picked up this week in Mrs. Knieps room.


Juniors

We have information about the Herbert Hoover Uncommon Student Award. This is for juniors who propose and then accomplish a project of their own design. If you are interested, stop by the guidance office. Deadline is March 31, 2013.


Bowling Practice Starts Nov 5 Bowling practice will start on Monday,Nov.5 @ 3:45pm. All bowlers need to have Good Conduct / Concussion & Physical forms on file. You will not practice or play until all are on file.


Seniors

If you are interested in attending Graceland University, please stop by the guidance office for information about Senior Day on November 19th.


Raider Pep Bus Attention Raider Country football nation members. A pep bus will be offered to the football game on Friday night when the Raiders take on St. Alberts. A sign up sheet is in the high school office if you are interested. Cost is $10, this is to cover your ticket and gas. The bus will leave at 3:45 from the high school. Elementary students must have a chaperone if they ride. The pep bus is open to both students and the community.
