Mount Ayr CSD offers several different benefits through various administrators. Most of our benefit providers offer online access.  Here is a list of our providers and their portals.

BenefitSolver: Login
Benefit Solver is the "all-in-one" access point to view your employee benefits.  Through this website you can update your personal information (address, name change), add/remove dependents on your insurance plans, and update your life insurance beneficiaries.

IPERS
Access your IPERS account:  IPERS Member login
After you receive your first paycheck, and your first contribution is made to your IPERS account, you will receive a letter in the mail with your IPERS username and password. Once you've received that letter, you will want to login to set up your beneficiaries and confirm your account information.

Health Insurance: MyWellmark
Our health insurance plans are offered through Wellmark BCBS. If you are enrolled in one of our health insurance plans, you can access your plans' information through myWellmark.com.  Here you can track your claims, find providers covered by your plan, and even get copies of your ID cards.

Our dental plans are offered through Delta Dental. If you are enrolled in a dental plan, you can access your plan's information through this portal.

Through Advantage Administrators, employees can enroll in several different types of flex plans.  This are pre-tax deductions that can be used for qualifying medical and/or dependent care expenses. If you make contributions to a flex account, you can use this portal to check your account balance and submit claims.

The Iowa Department of Public Safety wants you to be aware of the new Iowa Code ch. 80.45A requirements. Per the Code section, effective January 1, 2022, for any public money to be used at a lodging provider, the lodging provider must certify with DPS that all of its employees have received approved human trafficking training.

Further information is available at stophtiowa.org. A list of certified hotels is posted at https://stophtiowa.org/certified-locations

If rooms are already booked at hotels not on the list, DPS suggests calling the hotel to ensure it plans on becoming certified before the date of the stay. Questions may be directed to DPS General Counsel Catherine Lucas, [email protected].
